SIMPLICITY COACHING

The Simplicity Coaching process focuses on identifying what in your life is causing the most congestion. These might be things needing completion or general clutter that needs sorting through. Old habits are let go and replaced with new and more effective action. We determine what is of real value in your life and what is not. Priorities are determined and new standards are set. Strategies are found that help you with what ever task is at hand and to develop supporting habits. Time seems to expand when you slow down. You learn to manage your life with ever greater skill. The benefit is a life clear of the unnecessary with time and energy to truly enjoy yourself, your family and friends

As a coach I am intuitive, a deep listener with great patience. I care about my clients deeply and offer unconditional support. Yet I keep clients focused, motivated and accountable. I stimulate the imagination and creative insight of my clients so they achieve measurable success. You will find me light hearted, free spirited and very much in love with life because my own life is simple, well organized and in harmony with my friends and the environment.

Our coaching sessions are conducted over the phone. We will have one 3/4 hour session per week for the first three weeks of the month. The fourth week is time to concentrate on grounding the work we covered during the month. Or it is a good time to relax and take a breather which ever feels right for you that month.

I often send supportive material via email in response to your needs. Occasionally we will evaluate where you are in your process. I'm looking forward to working with you.

family and in your community. With the prolonged life expectancy of our culture, how will you live these uniquely challenging years. I’m 65 years of age and have made a very successful transition. SIMPLICITY COACHIHING can give you the support to do the same.
